Schools make very particular demands on their websites. A cookie cutter, one-size-fits-all digital platform is never going to cut it – schools are special places, and need an appropriate online home. Hallfield School educates children ages from three months to over eleven; that alone means their site needs to be very versatile – but of course it must also be robust and trustworthy.
We took a simple approach to this: we talked to the client. Conversation is at the heart of our method, but through careful discussion and planning we came to understand Hallfield’s particular needs – and built a website from scratch that did exactly what they needed it to do. The site is now the co-educational independent day school’s main marketing tool and its major source of admissions enquiries – which have increased by over three hundred per cent since the site launched.
Good design makes a big difference.
